The Tarragon herb (Artemisia Dracunculus), also known as estragon, is a half-hardy perennial with narrow, slender leaves with a slight silver sheen and strong flavour.

ENJOY: Tarragon is highly aromatic, slightly aniseed flavoured leaves are ideal chopped and added to salads, fish, egg and chicken dishes or added to butter in sauces.
