How to make cinnamon biscuits:
- Mix the butter and sugar together in a bowl, then add the cinnamon, followed by the green ginger and honey and mix again until your cinnamon biscuit mix is smooth.
- Slowly add and fold in the flour until the texture is dough-like (add more flour if you think the mixture is too sticky, it should be a consistency which can be rolled)
- Sprinkle some flour on a chopping board and roll the dough until thin, then use a cookie cutter and cut out the shape.
- Grease a baking tray and preheat the oven to 150c, put the biscuits onto the tray then cut the faces into them.
- Glaze the biscuits with milk, then bake for 15-20 mins (until golden and crisp)
