How to make cinnamon biscuits:

  1. Mix the butter and sugar together in a bowl, then add the cinnamon, followed by the green ginger and honey and mix again until your cinnamon biscuit mix is smooth.
  2. Slowly add and fold in the flour until the texture is dough-like (add more flour if you think the mixture is too sticky, it should be a consistency which can be rolled)
  3. Sprinkle some flour on a chopping board and roll the dough until thin, then use a cookie cutter and cut out the shape.
  4. Grease a baking tray and preheat the oven to 150c, put the biscuits onto the tray then cut the faces into them.
  5. Glaze the biscuits with milk, then bake for 15-20 mins (until golden and crisp)

To make this cinnamon biscuits recipe more Christmassy, you can shape your biscuits using seasonal cutters or add decorational icing.
